Delete your Tomoriva account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, right inside the app. It takes less than a minute.

Delete in the app

1. Open Tomoriva and sign in.
2. Tap Me, then Privacy Centre.
3. Optional: tap Download my data first if you want a copy (a ZIP file with your plan, a calendar file of your dates and your attachments).
4. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, your plan (items, goals, notes, people and their dates), your About-you answers, what Kai remembered about you, your settings, attached files, sign-in details and push tokens. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. Copies in our backups disappear within 30 days.

Some records may be kept where the law requires it, such as records that you made a privacy request. The privacy policy lists what is kept and for how long.

Cancel your subscription too

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple or Google bill you. Cancel it in your store account:

• iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Tomoriva, then Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play app, then your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Tomoriva, then Cancel.
• Signed in with Apple? To remove Tomoriva from your Apple ID: Settings, then your name, then Sign-In and Security, then Sign in with Apple, then Tomoriva, then Stop Using Apple ID.

Menu names can differ slightly between system versions.

Can't open the app?

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send us a request. We will email you to confirm it is your account (for example with a code sent to your sign-in email), then delete your data or send you a copy. We reply within 30 days.
